2. Increase stake in Bangkok Interfreight Forwarding Company Limited (BIFC) to 100%, by entering into an agreement with Ngow Hock Company Limited, the existing shareholder, through SCG Logistics Management Company Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of SCC.BIFC provides water transportation services for containers and container moving services at the ports of TPT. In 2018, BIFC estimates the approximate revenue of ฿142 million with the total assets of ฿76 million.

นายสมหมาย ภาษี รมว.คลัง เปิดเผยว่า ขณะนี้กระทรวงการคลังกำลังอยู่ระหว่างการพิจารณาออกกฎหมายพิเศษ เพื่อล้างหนี้ วงเงินกว่า 7.2 แสนล้านบาท ซึ่งในส่วนนี้เป็นหนี้จากโครงการรับจำนำข้าวกว่า 5.2 แสนล้านบาท และที่เหลือเป็นหนี้ของการรถไฟแห่งประเทศไทย (รฟท.), หนี้ขององค์การขนส่งมวลชนกรุงเทพ(ขสมก.) และหนี้กองทุนประกันสังคม โดยเบื้องต้นคาดว่าจะใช้เวลาประมาณ 2 เดือนในการออกกฎหมายดังกล่าว ก่อนที่จะนำเสนอสู่การพิจารณาของที่ประชุมคณะรัฐมนตรี และสภานิติบัญญัติแห่งชาติ (สนช.) ต่อไป
